Regulation Built Around Transparency
Let’s be entirely honest about the retail brokerage industry. Most brokers hide behind a complex web of four or five different unregulated offshore shell companies based in island tax havens. They do this for one reason:To escape accountability when things go wrong.
Investiya rejects that model entirely. We made a deliberate, strategic decision to consolidate our global trading infrastructure under a single, highly respected G20-aligned regulatory framework: The Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) of South Africa. We don’t hide behind shell companies, and we don't operate in the shadows. We answer to one solid regulator, meaning our business is completely transparent, strictly audited, and built to protect your capital. Investiya operates as a pure intermediary, not a market maker, with client orders routed directly to external market liquidity networks.

Why Our STP Architecture Protects You
No Conflict of Interest
Straight-through processing routes client orders externally instead of taking the opposite side of trades. We do not profit when clients lose.
Aligned Incentives
Our revenue comes from volume-based clearing activity, aligning our business with long-term client participation.
Verifiable Regulation
Our active regulatory status and licensing can be independently verified through the official FSCA registry.

Real Capital Protection:
Ring-Fenced and Segregated Funds
We maintain an iron wall between our corporate money and your trading capital. Trust isn't built on promises; it’s built on strict banking plumbing.
Segregated Client Accounts
Every deposit is placed in dedicated accounts held with highly rated Tier-1 banking institutions.
Operational Separation
Client funds stay separate from Investiya’s corporate funds and are not used for operating costs.
Capital Adequacy Controls
Liquid capital reserves that significantly exceed the statutory requirements mandated by the FSCA.
Gateway Security: Killing Fraud Before it Starts
To keep our banking relationships immaculate and protect our liquidity streams, we maintain an unyielding stance against financial crime and platform abuse.
Core Protection Policy
Zero-tolerance controls against payment fraud, identity theft, and toxic market manipulation.
Third-Party Funding Ban
Funding must match the verified account holder. Anonymous deposits, unverified transfers, and third-party funding are rejected.
Anti-Chargeback Framework
Capital deployed into the live market is non-refundable through card-provider dispute routes. All capital returns must follow Investiya's verified corporate withdrawal protocol.
Latency Manipulation Safeguards
Detects abusive latency manipulation and corrupt-feed exploitation, with offending accounts subject to closure and liquidation.

International Jurisdictional Restrictions
Investiya does not solicit or offer its technology platform to residents of specific restricted regions where local crossborder financial distribution laws conflict with our regulatory structures. This includes, but is not limited to, residents of the United States, Canada, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. It remains the sole responsibility of the platform participant to ensure their interaction with the Investiya ecosystem aligns perfectly with their local legal constraints.
